I’m a BACP Accredited counsellor with 18 years of experience and have a three year diploma in Person Centred Counselling (1997 Metanoia). I practice in the Kingston, Richmond and Wimbledon areas. I’m also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and am a qualified counselling supervisor, trainer and addictions therapist. I work with individuals and with couples and I specialise in relationship issues, depression, anxiety, anger management and building self esteem.
